We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage cash flow, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing financial data.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
- Experience with financial software, including accounting and budgeting systems.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
