Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite local, Regional and International qualified service provider to express interest to tender for the provision of acquiring ITSM solution for the Ticketing, Incident and Change management to replace Vision Helpdesk tool. BK Plc hereby invites bids from local, Regional and International service providers to submit bids for their above-mentioned services. Terms of Reference for the above-mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 17th March 2026. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 15th April 2026 at 3:30PM on an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders. Clearly state the price proposals and payment terms in Rwandan francs for Rwandan Bidders and Dollars for international bidders. Submit a detailed company profile, RDB registration certificate, RRA Tax clearance and RSSB Clearance certificate, proof of financial capacity (e.g. 3 years audited financial statement, etc), proof of experience in similar services and any other requirement related to this service.
