Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML with

for paragraphs,

for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). Use
  • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
    s, no
tags. Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. If text has no clear sections, just wrap paragraphs in

tags. We need to parse the raw text and extract job info. The raw text includes many sections with headings like "KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES", "CONSISTANCY OF CARE", "Administrative duties", "Finance", "Education", "Professional conduct", "General", "Patient care", "Personnel", "Patient numbers", "Marketing", "Training", "Governance and quality management", "Risk management". These likely correspond to sections that should be headings

    . The instruction says use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we need to map headings to

. The headings present are like "KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES", "CONSISTANCY OF CARE", "Administrative duties", "Finance", "Education", "Professional conduct", "General", "Patient care", "Personnel", "Patient numbers", "Marketing", "Training", "General" again, "Governance and quality management", "Risk management". Also there is "The Nursing Unit Manager is responsible for maintaining the best practice standards..." etc earlier. We need to preserve all original content word-for-word. That includes the introductory paragraphs, the headings, the bullet points, etc. We must not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. So we must output exactly the same text but wrapped appropriately. We need to use

for introductory paragraphs and general text. Use

    for section headers. Use
    • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). The raw text uses bullet points with "•". Those should become
    • items. Also there are some
      tags; we must not use
. So we need to replace
with line breaks? Probably just keep as separate paragraphs? The instruction says no
      tags. So we should remove
tags and just have paragraphs. We need to preserve all original content word-for-word. That includes the bullet points and the text after them. So we need to convert each bullet line into
    • ...
    • but keep the bullet symbol? The bullet is a "•". Should we keep it inside the
    • ? Probably yes, but the bullet is part of the content. The instruction says use
      • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). So we should wrap each bullet line as
      • • ...
      • . But the bullet is part of the content; we could keep the bullet character inside the li. That would preserve the bullet. We must not add or remove any content. So we must keep the bullet characters exactly as they appear. So we will have
      • • The Nursing Unit Manager is a role model for staff at all times and in all spheres.
      • etc. We need to identify sections that are headings. The headings are bolded with tags. For example "KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES" is a heading. Should we wrap that in

? Yes. So we will output

        KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

. But we must preserve the original content word-for-word, including the bold markup? The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. That includes the tags? The raw text includes tags. Should we keep them? The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word. That includes the tags? The raw text is plain text with HTML tags? The job description includes HTML tags like

We provide meaningful careers... etc. The instruction says "Job description:" then shows the raw text which includes HTML tags like

... etc. So the raw text includes HTML tags. We need to preserve them? The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. So we must output exactly the same characters, but we are allowed to wrap them in new tags? The instruction says "Your ONLY job is to format it as clean semantic HTML." So we need to output HTML that represents the same content, but we can change tags? The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. That suggests we cannot change the text content, but we can wrap it in new tags. However, we must not alter the text itself. So we cannot remove the tags? But we need to use

for section headers. The headings are currently wrapped in . Should we replace with

? That would change the tag but not the text content. The text content inside the tags is the heading text. The tags themselves are markup; we can replace them with

. That is not adding or removing content, just changing the tag. The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. Changing to

is not altering the words, just the tag. That should be okay. But we must not add any extra commentary. So we just output the HTML. We need to parse the entire raw text and produce HTML. Let's reconstruct the raw text as given: ```

We provide meaningful careers that connect people with purpose.

We are united by a common purpose of providing the best and safest care; and by our shared values of Care, Truth, Participation, Compassion and Dignity.

Netcare invites you to be part of our journey.
