Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Call Centre Sales Consultants to join our team in Kigali, Rwanda. As a Call Centre Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting leads into sales, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media
• Convert leads into sales by identifying customer needs and providing solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
