Human Resources Manager
Job Summary:
The Coordinator, Staff Care & Well-being will be responsible for providing support to staff in managing their well-being, including providing counseling services, facilitating staff care groups, and promoting a healthy work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to staff members as needed
- Facilitate staff care groups to promote staff well-being
- Develop and implement staff care programs to promote a healthy work environment
- Collaborate with HR to develop and implement policies and procedures related to staff care
- Provide training and capacity building to staff on staff care and well-being
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff care programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to support staff care and well-being
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in staff care and well-being
- Strong counseling and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
- Ability to work in a team environment
