Job Description

TCP Africa seeks to engage a creative production company on a retainer basis to provide integrated creative production services supporting both KoraLink e-learning content and programme documentation and communications. The selected company will:

• Produce high-quality illustrations, animations, and motion graphics to enhance the e-learning experience and engagement of KoraLink Agent digital content.
• Document field-based learning and success stories of KoraLink Agents, supervisors, community members, and other programme activities across Rwanda.
• Cover programme events, partner engagements, stakeholder convenings, and milestones.
• Produce compelling visual content for reporting, digital communications, social media, and public relations.
• Support ad hoc creative production needs as they arise during the contract period.

This is a retainer-based engagement. Services will be requested and deployed on an as-needed basis and only work formally requested and completed will be compensated.
