E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, and managing a team of e-commerce specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Manage a team of e-commerce specialists, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• French language skills are an asset.
