Job Description

The ELV Administrator / Document Controller role involves providing administrative and document control support to the ELV department. Key responsibilities include managing project documentation, preparing and tracking submittals and correspondence, coordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining logs and reports, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications required: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, minimum 4–6 years of experience in administration or document control, preferably in ELV or construction projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems is necessary. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing project documentation
  • Preparing and tracking submittals and correspondence
  • Coordinating with engineers, supervisors, clients, and suppliers
  • Maintaining updated logs for drawings, material submittals, approvals, and project status
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Organizing project files and ensuring proper document version control
  • Coordinating material requests and delivery records
  • Performing other administrative duties assigned by the ELV Manager
