Job Description

We are seeking a professional and highly dependable Executive Driver to provide safe, efficient, and discreet transportation for senior executives. The ideal candidate is punctual, well-presented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives to meetings, appointments, and events in a timely manner
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes, accounting for traffic and weather conditions
• Maintain the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing when necessary
• Ensure strict confidentiality regarding all executive activities and information
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items as needed
• Monitor schedules and adjust driving plans accordingly to avoid delays
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional or executive driver
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns
• Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing schedules
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Defensive driving certification
• Experience driving luxury or high-profile clients
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
