Job Description

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.

World Vision International Rwanda is inviting all competent and reputable companies/Suppliers and firms specialized in supply of mobile flat scales (Seca 878): Capacity: 200 kg – 250 kg (440–550 lbs). Graduation: 100g (<150>) / 200g. Functions: Mother/Child, Auto-HOLD, kg/lbs/sts switch-over. Dimensions: ~321 x 61 x 362 mm) to submit their Expression of Interest for the supply of these items, this tender will be for a single, one-off contract.

Bidders are informed that all tendering process and bids submission will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement (Coupa), no hard copies will be accepted. Interest bidders shall express interest through this link, not later than, 18/05/2026 at 5:00PM. An e-mail will be sent to all service providers who expressed their interest to access the Terms of References on the date to be indicated in e-procurement system (Coupa).
