Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, service-driven, and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our dining and conference experiences. As Food & Beverage Manager, you are the driving force behind our guest experience across all dining, bar, and conferencing operations. You will lead with heart and precision, ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, and a culture where both guests and team members thrive. Your responsibilities include leading and developing the Food & Beverage team, overseeing all F&B operations, driving revenue growth and profitability, managing budgets and forecasts, championing a guest-centric culture, collaborating with the Executive Chef, overseeing workforce planning, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards and health & safety regulations, and playing an active role in sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives. We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant F&B Manager, a Heartist mindset, solid financial and commercial acumen, strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banqueting operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and service excellence.
