Job Summary:

The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of World Vision Rwanda's information technology systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of World Vision Rwanda's IT strategy and plans
• Oversee the management of IT systems, infrastructure, and services
• Ensure the security and integrity of World Vision Rwanda's IT systems and data
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective use of IT systems and services
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
• Develop and manage the IT budget
• Supervise and mentor IT staff
• Ensure compliance with World Vision Rwanda's IT policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership or management
• Strong technical skills in IT systems, infrastructure, and services
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff
• Strong commitment to World Vision Rwanda's values and mission
