About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives
• Lead the IT team in the design, development, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and manage IT budgets and resources
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
• Mentor and develop the skills of IT team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership or management
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies
• Strong technical skills in IT systems and infrastructure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor and develop the skills of IT team members
