Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data
• Provide technical support and training to staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices
• Manage IT budget and resources
• Supervise and mentor IT staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership or management
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies
• Strong technical skills, including programming languages, database management, and network administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel occasionally
