Job Summary:

The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of World Vision Rwanda's information technology strategy, ensuring that the organization's technology infrastructure and systems are aligned with its mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with World Vision Rwanda's mission and goals
• Lead the development and implementation of technology infrastructure and systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of World Vision Rwanda's data and systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technology is used effectively to support World Vision Rwanda's programs and operations
• Manage and supervise a team of IT staff
• Develop and manage the IT budget
• Ensure compliance with World Vision Rwanda's policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership or management
• Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
