Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that support the organization's mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Lead the IT team in the design, development, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure
• Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT systems and data
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support business needs
• Manage IT budgets and resources
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with IT project management
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills
