Job Summary:

The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of World Vision Rwanda's information technology strategy, ensuring that the organization's IT systems and infrastructure are aligned with its mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with World Vision Rwanda's mission and goals
• Lead the development and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure
• Manage IT budgets and resources
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective use of IT systems and infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
• Mentor and supervise IT staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership or management
• Strong technical skills in IT systems and infrastructure
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel within Rwanda and internationally
