The Impact

As the HRIS Manager, you will be the subject matter expert and architect responsible for leveraging technology to enhance BPR’s workforce efficiency.

  • Strategic Reporting & Insights:Develop and manage executive-level HR dashboards and advanced workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, performance, cost analysis) crucial for strategic planning.
  • Process Automation:Champion the redesign and automation of core HR processes (like Payroll, Performance Management, and Recruitment) to eliminate manual work and improve service delivery.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance:Act as the custodian of all sensitive employee data, enforcing the highest standards of data security and ensuring strict adherence to compliance and data privacy regulations.
  • System Ownership:Lead end-to-end management of the HRIS lifecycle, including system implementation, vendor negotiations, integration with Finance/IT systems, and successful change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for all HRIS processes and system infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional system integration.
  • Oversee the development of user training and documentation to ensure high adoption rates and system proficiency across the bank.
  • Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure accurate data maintenance and security protocols are in place.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new HR technology that improves employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Experience:Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in managing or administering enterprise-level HRIS/HR Technology. Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.
  • Technical Expertise:Proven proficiency in major commercial HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, or similar enterprise-level systems).
  • Core Skills:
    • Demonstrated project management and implementation skills.
    • Expert-level data analysis and reporting capabilities (BI Tools/Advanced Excel).
    • Thorough understanding of HR processes, policies, and data privacy compliance.
    • Excellent ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical information clearly.
