Job Description:

The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and experience in managing a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
• Analyze and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations
• Develop and manage the HR budget
• Supervise and manage the HR team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners
