Director of Human Resources

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, training and development, and performance management. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Recruit, select, and hire top talent to fill open positions
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct performance management and evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Develop and manage the HR budget
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in HR management
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Experience working in a multinational organization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology and systems
