Individual Consultant to Provide Advisory Services to Support Selected Financial Service Providers (FSPs)

The purpose of the assignment is for a consultant to lead on the provision of advisory services to an FSP collaborating with MOYA and the ILO to support the design, pilot testing and roll out of an economically viable youth-friendly financial product. The assignment will include the following activities:

• Develop a light touch market assessment
• Develop a light touch institutional assessment
• Identify, adapt or develop a financial product
• Develop an action plan (pilot and post-pilot)
• Propose fit-to-context referral mechanisms with the partner FSPs
