We are building a performance-driven health brand with strong retail presence and are looking for someone to lead our influencer and community strategy. This role will focus on building a scalable network of creators, athletes, and brand advocates to drive awareness, content, and retail demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Coordinate product seeding and ongoing relationships
  • Generate and manage user-generated content (UGC)
  • Brief influencers in line with campaign messaging
  • Work closely with the content and marketing team to turn UGC into high-performing content
  • Collaborate with our activations team to capture real-world content
  • A growing network of active creators
  • Consistent flow of authentic content
  • Strong link between influencer activity and retail demand
  • This is a growth-focused role with significant opportunity to build and scale a core marketing channel.

Required Skills

  • Social Media Marketing: 3 to 4 years
  • Influencer Marketing: 3 to 4 years
  • Retail Promotions Planning: 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Passion for fitness, health, or lifestyle industries is advantageous
