About the Role
Jhpiego enhances the health and saves the lives of women and families in limited-resource settings. For nearly four decades, we have put evidence-based health innovations into everyday practice to overcome barriers to high-quality health care services for the world’s most vulnerable populations. From our origins as technical experts in reproductive, maternal and child health, Jhpiego has grown to embrace new challenges, including HIV/AIDS, malaria, GHS and cervical cancer prevention, reflecting the increasing interconnectedness of global health.
Jhpiego hereby invites national bidders to submit quotations for the supply of the following materials. Participation in this competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specializing.
Eligibility Documents
- RDB Registration Certificate
- Valid RSSB Certificate
- Valid Tax clearance Certificate
- Certificate of Good Completion for at least three (3) similar tenders executed
Quotation Format
- Technical Proposal (Warranty Period, Products Catalogue, technical specifications)
- Financial Proposal (price, delivery time and, Quotation validity)
Prices must be quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF), for each Lot. Each item should be quoted with VAT Inclusive.
Submission Guidelines
All quotations must be submitted on the separate signed and stamped file (Technical and Financial) electronically to the email below: Rwanda.Procurement@jhpiego.org no later than Thursday, 2nd May 2026, 4:00 PM Kigali time with hidden Password that will be asked during evaluation. Late submissions will be rejected.
