Job Description

BK General Insurance Company Ltd would like to invite bids from suppliers for the supply of various IT equipment grouped in 2 Lots as follows; LOT 1: EVI Power UPS LOT 2: LG Floor standing AC Technical specifications for the above mentioned items may be obtained from the procurement department of BKGI Head Office, from 01 st /04/2026 to 16 th / 04/2026.

How to Apply

Well printed bids, properly bound and sealed, presented in two copies, one of which is original, addressed to the Chief Operations Officer, must reach BK General Insurance Head Office (Old I&M Bank building) together with a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 20,000 deposited on account no 00040-00692482-32 of BK General Insurance Ltd opened in Bank of Kigali not later than the 16 th /04/2026 at 3:00pm.

• RSSB Certificate
• Trade license
• RRA Certificate
• Performance Certificate to prove similar services done before

The price quotes should be in Rwandan Francs, delivery periods and warranty terms should be clearly indicated.

Opening of the bids envelopes will take place in public on the 16 th /04/2026 at exactly 3:30pm, in the board room of BK General Insurance Ltd.
