Plan International Liberia is seeking to acquire the services of a reputable solar energy service provider to conduct a comprehensive technical assessment and submit a detailed proposal for solar installations at the following locations:

• Lot 1: Lofa Office
• Lot 2: Bomi Office
• Lot 3: Nimba Office

Bidders are expected to submit physical copies of their bids by Monday, May 4, 2026, at 4:00 pm to the address below.

The bid opening is scheduled for May 6, 2026, at 11:00 pm and will be attended by bidders or their representatives.

Women-owned businesses and companies actively engaged in or advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace are especially encouraged to apply.

Each Bidder must submit only one offer. Submitting more than one offer, either by a single company or by two companies partially or fully owned by the same individual, will result in the disqualification of all involved parties without affecting the overall validity of the tender process.
