LMP Operator

Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a LMP Operator for a client in the oil and gas sector. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient equipment operation, fluid preparation and handling, compliance with QHSE standards, and adherence to established operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Oilfield Chemicals project management policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections of leak and spill prevention equipment and tools.
• Optimize the allocation and utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct leak and spill risk assessments and develop emergency and contingency plans.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks to the crew, and prepare daily reports for the Logistics and Project Managers.
• Conduct training on Safety Data Sheets , LMP/DCF equipment, specifications, PMS, SOPs, and fluid mixing and pumping procedures.
• Calibrate laboratory testing equipment and fluid level meters in accordance with approved SOPs and PMS.
• Maintain LMP spare parts inventory and prepare annual procurement plans.
• Mix, transfer, recover, and treat drilling and completion fluids in accordance with approved procedures and project instructions.
• Prepare handover reports and document the condition and status of equipment and tools.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Drilling & Completion Fluids, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years’ experience in LMP equipment operation and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of QHSE standards and oil and gas industry requirements.
• Sound understanding of drilling processes, equipment performance, and operating principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
