Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operation and Planning Specialist to join our team at LU-NA Smelter Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our smelter plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the smelter plant.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize production.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance data.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and coordination, preferably in a smelter or similar industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, climbing stairs, and working in a hot and noisy environment.
