Job Description

The Ministry of Information Technology and Communications (MICT) is seeking to recruit a Product Manager to manage and oversee the development, launch, and maintenance of digital products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that products meet user needs and business objectives. The Product Manager will be expected to have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, product development methodologies, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital sector, is required. The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully launching digital products and services, and have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
