Job Title: Officer Health Facilities Inspection Job at Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Officer Health Facilities Inspection to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting health facilities inspections, monitoring and evaluating the quality of healthcare services, and providing recommendations for improvement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct health facilities inspections to ensure compliance with national and international standards. Monitor and evaluate the quality of healthcare services provided by health facilities. Provide recommendations for improvement to health facilities and the Ministry of Health. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that health facilities are providing high-quality services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, nursing, public health). At least 3 years of experience in health facilities inspection or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda.
