Job Summary:
The People & Culture Officer will be responsible for providing support to the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing and sending emails, making phone calls, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Provide support to the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR plans and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, benefits, and training.
- Assist in the coordination of employee events, including training sessions, team-building activities, and social events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
