We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People & Culture Officer to join our team in Kigali, Rwanda. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR plans and strategies
- Conduct HR-related research and analysis
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
