About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Officer to join our team in Kigali, Rwanda. The Programme Officer will be responsible for implementing and managing our programmes in Rwanda, working closely with our local partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage programmes in Rwanda, including project planning, budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and government officials
• Develop and implement programme strategies and plans
• Monitor and evaluate programme progress and impact
• Ensure programme compliance with Kvinna till Kvinna's policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. international development, social sciences, etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in programme management and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Rwanda's development context and policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
