The Umwalimu SACCO is seeking to engage a consulting firm to provide consulting services for strategic organisational redesign and talent transformation. The consulting firm will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive analysis of the SACCO's current organisational structure, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a strategic plan for organisational redesign and talent transformation. The consulting firm will also be responsible for providing training and capacity building to the SACCO's staff on the new organisational structure and talent transformation strategies.
