Provision of Data Collection Services — PCA 3.1 Data Collection Exercise

Compassion International — Rwanda Office (CIRW) is pleased to invite all interested and eligible firms to submit bids under an Open Tender for the provision of Data Collection Services for the Program Cycle Adoption (PCA) 3.1 Data Collection Exercise. CIRW is a Christ-centered organization committed to the holistic development of children in partnership with local churches. As part of its ongoing program effectiveness assessment, CIRW is conducting a large-scale data collection exercise focusing on Level 2 Outcomes and Program Satisfaction Measures across selected Frontline Church Partners (FCPs) in Rwanda. Interested firms with proven experience and capacity in large-scale field data collection, team management, and digital data collection operations are encouraged to participate.

How to Apply:

All interested firms are requested to obtain the tender document by sending an email request to: VMukamuhire@rw.ci.org. Bidders are strongly encouraged to read the document carefully before preparing their proposals. Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes — one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal. Clearly mark each envelope with the Tender Reference Number (CIRW013/2025-2026) and the Bidder's name.
