Job Description

The Matlosana Local Municipality is seeking to employ a Senior Manager: Employment and Labour Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to the Employment and Labour Relations Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment and labour relations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employment and labour relations, as well as providing guidance and support to employees and management on employment and labour related matters.
