Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Officer, Counter Verification to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of information provided by employers and employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of information provided by employers and employees;
- Conduct thorough investigations and audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues;
- Develop and implement effective verification processes and procedures;
- Provide training and support to staff on verification procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
