Job Description
The ASG Foundation intends to invite prospective bidders for the supply, delivery and installation of assorted furniture items for newly refurbished ASG building. Procurement for the supply, delivery and installation of assorted furniture will be conducted through the procedures specified in the ASG Foundation Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual and is open to all eligible Applicants as defined in the ASG Foundation Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual.
ASG Foundation shall have a pre bid meeting on 8 May 2026 at 3:00pm Central African Time (CAT). The pre bid meeting will be held at Rwanda Development Board Level 7 located Rwanda Development Board (RDB) Building 1 KG 9 Ave, Kigali. Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from the ASG Foundation through the email address procurement@asg-foundation.org during office hours 9:00 am to 5:00pm CAT not later than 4:00pm CAT on 5 May 2026.
