TENDER FOR EXTERNAL DEBT COLLECTORS AND EXTERNAL VALUERS

Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc wishes to invite all interested and qualified bidders to submit their best proposals for tender regarding External Debt Collectors and External Valuers, to ensure a smooth and timely recovery process as per below LOTs: LOT 1: External Debt Collectors LOT 2: External Valuers Participation in the competition is open on equal conditions for all qualified individuals and companies specializing in the field.

How to Apply

The Tender Document in English may be obtained from Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office located at BOA House (KN 67 st, Kiyovu), in Procurement Office from April 30, 2026 during office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm) upon presentation of proof of payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Rwandan Francs (50,000Rwf) deposited on the account No:00048820007 opened in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc, in names of Bidding Fees.

• Well bounded and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one of them marked “Original” and one hard copy marked “Copy” of the bids.
• The bids shall be valid for a period of 14 days and should be submitted in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Reception Desk not later than May 13, 2026, at 02:00pm local time.

The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session in the Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office Board Room at 02:30pm.
