Job Description
The National Child Development Agency (NCDA) is seeking an individual consultant or firm to create a Child Development Online Education Platform. The consultant will curate, adapt, and transform existing NCDA materials into a comprehensive, interactive, and user-friendly self-paced curriculum for Early Childhood Development (ECD) caregivers and other actors involved in childcare. The scope of work includes content auditing, adaptation, instructional design, assessment tool development, platform configuration guidance, and content finalization. The consultancy will last for four months, and the expected deliverables include an inception report, draft course content, assessment bank, finalized content, and a final report.
