Tender for provision of security services to HVP Gatagara Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation Hospital under a framework contract

Job Description

HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for security services as indicated in detail in the Statement of Requirements.

How to Obtain Tender Document

The tender document can be obtained from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf), which should be deposited into bank account No 443-2153198-11 at BPR (HVP Gatagara). Proof of payment must be presented to receive the Tender Document.

Compulsory Site Visit

A Compulsory site visit is scheduled on 19/05/2026 at HVP Gatagara Hospital HQ from 10h00 a.m. to 11h00 a.m. local time and Ruhango daily center from 12h00 a.m.to 13h00 a.m. local time; on 20/05/ 2026 at HVP Gatagara Hospital Gikondo Branch from 10h00 a.m. to11h00 a.m. local time the site visit must be done by a representative of the company and present the proof to be a company staff.

Submission of Bids

All bids must be submitted to the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital no later than 03/06/2026, at 10:00 a.m local time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 03/06/2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time. Bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline mentioned above.
