TENDER NOTICE – EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Job Description

Ripple Effect International Rwanda (Registered NGO) invites qualified and licensed audit firms to submit proposals for external audit services for the financial year ending 30 June 2026, renewable annually based on performance.

Procurement Method: Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) – Technical 80% / Financial 20%. Minimum Technical Score Required: 70% (56 out of 80 points). RFP Reference: REI-EXT-AUDIT-RWA-2026-01.

Scope of Services

Statutory audit (RGB and RRA compliance), employment and tax law compliance review, management letter, and group auditor questionnaire for Ripple Effect UK consolidation.

Required Documents

• Audit license/registration
• Firm background
• Relevant NGO client experience (minimum three similar clients within three years)
• Proposed audit team CVs
• Audit methodology
• Quality assurance framework
• Two client references (NGOs preferred)
