Tender Notice for Supply Lab Materials

Jhpiego enhances the health and saves the lives of women and families in limited-resource settings. For nearly four decades, we have put evidence-based health innovations into everyday practice to overcome barriers to high-quality health care services for the world’s most vulnerable populations. From our origins as technical experts in reproductive, maternal and child health, Jhpiego has grown to embrace new challenges, including HIV/AIDS, malaria, GHS and cervical cancer prevention, reflecting the increasing interconnectedness of global health.

Jhpiego hereby invites national bidders to submit bids for the supply of the materials attached to this invitation. Participation in this competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specializing in medical supplies and consumables.

Request for Bids

For clarity, this Request for bids is divided into three (3) lots as follows:

• Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3: List of the Items is attached to this IFB

Eligibility Documents

Mandatory documents to be included in the technical proposal:

• RDB Registration Certificate
• Valid RSSB Certificate
• Valid Tax clearance Certificate
• Certificate of Good Completion for at least three (3) similar tenders executed
• Mandatory bid security of 3% for the total amount of each Lot or all Lots applied for.

Submission of Bids

Each envelope of each lot:

• Technical Proposal (eligibility documents, Products Catalogue, technical specifications, compliance table, delivery schedule)
• Financial Proposal (price, delivery time and, Quotation validity)

Prices must be quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF), all. Any price escalation clauses must be clearly stated.

Notes

• Vendor has the right to bid for one LOT
• The bidder should have a physical address and demonstrate the company proof to have supplied similar materials.
• The bidder must indicate clearly the address and Phone number in the email to facilitate the tender committee to contact him/her during the evaluation process.

All quotations must be submitted in signed and stamped file (Technical and Financial) electronically to the email bellow: Rwanda.Procurement2026@jhpiego.org not later than Thursday, 28th May 2026, 11:00 AM Kigali time

Jhpiego reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s) or any obligation to inform the affected bidder(s} of the grounds for Jhpiego's action.
