About the Role

Fedics is seeking a dedicated, adaptable, and self-managed Supervisor to oversee the standard of food service and ensure effective operation of outlets in a commercial setting. The incumbent will lead the unit, establish and maintain service delivery standards, motivate and train staff, and ensure compliance with Tsebo Catering Solutions policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set and manage service delivery standards
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop a team of staff
• Implement and maintain operational controls within budget
• Ensure quality of food preparation, presentation, and service meets Tsebo standards
• Comply with all Tsebo Catering Solutions policies and procedures
• Handle daily HR and IR issues, including training, development, and performance management
• Analyze and preempt client needs and possible complaints
• Manage administration, finances, debtors, budgets, and process paperwork
• Build relationships with clients and customers
• Work long hours and weekends as needed
• Stay updated with latest food trends and best practices

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• Relevant qualification relating to Hospitality Management or Food and Beverages
