The European Cooperative for Rural Development (EUCORD), under its ongoing development initiatives—including the PROFARM Project (funded by the European Commission under the KUNGAHARA Program and implemented in partnership with RDI) hereby invites qualified service providers in design panels and bill board to submit quotations.
Responsibilities
The selected service provider will be responsible for:
- Designing artwork in line with EUCORD branding guidelines.
- Fabricing and supplying durable metal panels and billboard structures.
- Printing high-quality, weather-resistant graphics to be used on the billboards.
- Transporting all materials to designated sites.
- Installing all panels and billboards securely and professionally.
Scope of Work
Specifically, the assignment includes:
- Design, fabrication, and installation of twelve (12) metal panels.
- Design, printing, fabrication, and installation of nine (9) billboards.
Deliverables
The service provider shall deliver:
- 12 fully installed metal panels at designated locations.
- 9 fully installed billboards at designated locations.
- Final approved designs (soft copies) prior to production.
- Installation report including photos and GPS coordinates (recommended).
