Pretty Baked Limited is looking for a reliable and efficient Assistant Baker / Production Baker to support a growing production kitchen supplying high-volume dessert orders and custom cakes.
This is a structured part-time role suited to someone who is organised, hands-on, consistent and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Days:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of desserts, bread, cakes and pastries
- Prepare and measure ingredients accurately
- Follow recipes and production processes with consistency
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation
- Assist with packaging and preparation for delivery
Requirements:
- Previous baking or kitchen experience is an advantage
- Able to work efficiently and handle repetitive production tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
Compensation:
Competitive daily rate (paid per day worked)
Consistent weekly working schedule
Opportunity for additional paid shifts during busy periods

This role is based in the Lilayi / Eureka Park area.
