</span>Manage customers’ accounts effectively and ensure excellent service delivery while</p><p>maintaining synergy with all relevant support and strategic business units.</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Support the creation of quality risk assets for the Bank by processing good credit requests and following up with relevant approval levels accordingly.</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Monitor customers’ facilities and ensure that such accounts have and maintain performing</p><p>status and are renewed timely.</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Mobilize deposits from customers to improve liability position of the bank.</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Process customers’ request for opening of Letters of Credit, Bills for Collection, Invisible Trade</p><p>etc. and ensure prompt turnaround time and service delivery.</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Deploy digital channels for payments and collections to aid customers’ transactions</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Generate business leads and referrals for subsequent follow up</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Support the BU with business intelligence by constantly getting useful information about customers, competition and current offerings to enable management to make informed decisions.</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Monitor customers’ patronage trend to ensure business continuity</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Initiate the development of products required to meet customer needs especially in credits (development of product papers to suit current needs).</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Cross-sell all products of the bank creating adequate value chain for other business units.</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Support the Business Manager to deliver on all indices of approved budget towards</p><p>actualization of excellent Balanced Scorecard.</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Business Manager</p><p>JOB REQUIREMENTS</p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Minimum Education: First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline preferably business related</p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Higher degrees and professional certifications in relevant fields&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
