The Development Bank of Rwanda wishes to invite all interested, experienced and qualified companies to submit their best proposals to supply an electric minibus with its charging system. In this regard, The Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) would like to invite all interested and qualified bidders to participate in tender to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the technical specifications provided in the Request for Bids. The Request for Bid in English may be obtained from procurement office from 07th/ /2026 during office hours **(8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Local time)**

The interested bidder must pay a non-refundable fee of **Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 Frw)** deposited on the account **Nº 4414310784** of BRD opened in **BPR Bank Rwanda Plc**.
- Well bound and sealed bids printed in **1 original hard copy** should be mandatory submitted in the BRD procurement office, not later than **20/05/2026, at 10:00am local time**.
- One soft copy well protected with password must be submitted on the following email **procurement@brd.rw**
