Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and cost-effective resourcing methodologies.
• Liaise with line management regarding resourcing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Formulate and distribute advertisements through effective channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct competency-based interviews.
• Facilitate vetting process, offers, and induction for new employees.
• Manage Divisional Onboarding / Induction process.

Skills and Competencies

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within diverse industries.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software applications.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Capacity to build and maintain professional networks and relationships.
• Analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and market trends.
• Strong team collaboration abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management/Industrial or Organizational Psychology.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years recruitment experience in a large organization.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing processes in a matrix organization.
• Basic project management skills.
