Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Assistant to support the implementation of our programs in Uganda. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, monitoring and evaluation, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment. The Technical Assistant will provide technical support to our programs, including designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans, conducting data analysis, and providing technical assistance to our staff and partners. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as international development, public health, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Technical Assistant will be based in Kampala, Uganda and will be required to travel frequently to our project sites.
