TECHNICAL PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Sierra Leone Social Marketing and Development Agency (SLaDA)
Job Description
for intro paragraphs,
for section headers, - for list items. No divs, no classes, no inline styles, no
. Must preserve all original content word-for-word. So we need to parse the raw text and wrap accordingly.
We need to identify sections: Title lines maybe not needed as header? The instruction: Use for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we need to wrap those headings with . Also maybe "ROLE PURPOSE", "DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE", "RESPONSIBILITIES", "TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE", "How to Apply:" are sections.
We need to preserve all original content word-for-word. So we must not change any text, just wrap tags.
We need to decide what is introductory paragraph(s) before first section header. The text begins with:

Sierra Leone Social Marketing and Development Agency (SLaDA) is seeking to recruit a top-notch professional to fulfil the position of Technical Program Assistant – ‘Strengthening Health Systems’ Project implemented with Save the Children International to deliver the tasks outlined below:

tags. Probably each line separate paragraph? Could combine into one
with line breaks? But we cannot use
. So we need to keep line breaks as plain text? If we put multiple lines inside a
, they will be rendered with line breaks only if we preserve newline characters? HTML collapses whitespace; but we are to preserve content word-for-word, not necessarily visual formatting. The instruction: preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. If we put multiple lines inside a
tag, the newline characters are still there in the source; they are preserved. So we can wrap the whole intro block in a single
element, preserving newlines.
Similarly for each section: after header, we have paragraphs and lists.
We need to detect list items: lines starting with "- " (dash space) or maybe bullet. Those should be wrapped in
- . The list may be multiple consecutive lines each starting with "- ". We need to wrap each such line in
- and wrap the group in
. Ensure we don't wrap other lines inadvertently.
Also there are sub-sections like "Essential" and "Desirable" under TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE. Those are not list headers but maybe we treat them as plain text lines (maybe bold?). They are not list items. They are just lines ending with colon? Actually they are:
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Essential
- University degree or its equivalent (from a recognized institution) in relevant field of Social Sciences, Economics, Development, Gender or other similar field,
- A minimum of 2 years working experience.
- Experience in management working with community stakeholders and PHU officials.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations and facilitation
- Strong interest and willingness to engage on safeguarding and gender equality related issues to challenge norms and behaviors .
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to coordinate partners in the programme
Desirable
- Experience in working with health workers, lactating mother and children.
- Experience in Project management, Data Collection, Maternal Health and Vaccination.
Thus "Essential" and "Desirable" are headings within that section; but instruction only says use for section headers like Responsibilities etc. Not required for subheadings. We could treat them as plain text within
. Probably fine.
Also "How to Apply:" line is a header; we should wrap in
. Then the following sentence is paragraph.
Now we need to output only HTML, no markdown fences.
Let's construct.
We'll go line by line.

Check that we preserved all content exactly. Need to ensure punctuation and spacing same. We must not add extra spaces or remove any. Let's verify each line.
Intro paragraph: we included three lines exactly as given, with line breaks. The original had a blank line after? Actually after the intro there is a blank line before ROLE PURPOSE. We didn't include blank line; but blank line is not content? It's just whitespace; preserving word-for-word would include newline characters. It's okay to not include blank line as it's not visible content? Might be considered content. Safer to preserve blank line as an empty ? But we cannot add empty
because that would add content not present. The blank line is just a line break; we already have newline after the intro paragraph's closing
then newline before . That's effectively a blank line? Actually there will be a newline between and . That's one newline. Original had a blank line meaning two newlines? Hard to guarantee. Probably acceptable.
Now check each section.
ROLE PURPOSE header: we wrapped in . Good.
Paragraph after: two sentences. We kept line break between them as in original (there is a line break after first sentence). Good.
DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE header: . Paragraph: one long sentence; we kept as is.
RESPONSIBILITIES header: . Then we made with each bullet. Need to ensure each bullet text matches exactly after the dash and space. Original bullets start with "- ". We removed the dash and space and placed content inside - . Must ensure we didn't lose any leading/trailing spaces. The content after dash should be exactly as original. Let's verify a few:
Original: "- Conduct routine field visits as required by the project"
We output:
- Conduct routine field visits as required by the project
Good.
Second: "- Conduct forum discussions in coordination with ‘Strengthening Health Systems’ project service provider/stakeholders at district level."
We output same.
Check for curly quotes: we used same curly quotes? In original they used ‘ and ’. We need to preserve them. In our output we used straight quotes? Actually we typed ‘Strengthening Health Systems’ using the same characters? In the message we wrote ‘Strengthening Health Systems’ with curly quotes? We need to ensure we didn't change them. In the plan we wrote ‘Strengthening Health Systems’ using the same characters as original? Hard to guarantee. We'll copy exactly from original. Let's extract the exact string: “Conduct forum discussions in coordination with ‘Strengthening Health Systems’ project service provider/stakeholders at district level.” The original uses a left single quotation mark before Strengthening and a right single after Systems. We'll replicate that.
We need to be careful. Since we cannot see the exact characters, but we can assume they are the same as we typed. We'll trust.
Next bullet: "- Responsible for mentoring and coaching of women and stakeholders in the community"
We output same.
Next: "- Develop strategies for advocacy and resource mobilization in the healthcare sector"
Ok.
Next: "- Develop the development of messages for parents/caregivers on supporting maternal health and child health"
Note there is a typo "Develop the development". We keep as is.
Next: "- Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities."
Ok.
Next: "- Work closely with finance on project expenditure monitoring and reviews of monthly budget versus actual report."
Ok.
Next: "- Develop and oversee detailed work plans, budgets, and implementation schedules."
Ok.
Next: "- Ensure timely achievement of project targets, milestones, and deliverable."
Note "deliverable" singular; keep.
Next: "- Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary."
Ok.
Next: "- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, donor requirements, and quality standards."
Ok.
Next: "- Responsible for coordinating and mobilizing key Community actors/partners and participate in sectoral meetings"
Ok.
Next: "- Hold score-carding activities at chiefdom and district level."
Note hyphen in score-carding; keep.
Next: "- To conduct regularly coordination meetings (weekly/monthly) with relevant stakeholders"
Ok.
Next: "- To collect relevant project data by using the agreed monitoring tools."
Ok.
Next: "- To ensure weekly and monthly monitoring data are provided to the M&E Officer and the Project Supervisor."
Ok.
Next: "- To timely report any issue with monitoring data collection to the M&E Officer and the Project Supervisor."
Ok.
Next: "- Ensures that SLaDA’s policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully in their area of responsibility."
Note apostrophe after SLaDA’s (apostrophe s). We need to keep that. We'll replicate.
Next: "- Promptly report any safeguarding and child protection issues through the SLaDA protection and safeguarding focal point."
Ok.
Next: "- Responsible for submission of Narrative reports, Quarterly report etc."
Ok.
Now after that, we have blank line then TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE header.
We wrapped header in . Then we have "Ess
